2. Presentation of current finances.
3. Receive and/or action on presentation by:
   1. Chamber of Commerce representative Mike Scott
   2. Economic Development Foundation representative Lee Overstreet
4. Discuss and/or approve Economic Outlook Conference
5. Presentation and/or approval of the Texas ICSC Deal Making Conference
6. Discuss and/or approve official name change to Lake Granbury Economic Development Corporation
7. Receive staff report of activities.
