CALL TO ORDER

1. Review and/or approve the minutes of the April 6, 2009 meeting of the Granbury-Hood County Economic Development Corporation.
2. Receive and/or act upon presentation by Preston Carter and Associates on his proposed 65.5 Acre development known as the Granbury Retail Center located on Hwy 377 and Fall Creek Hwy.
3. Review and/or approve EDC office space lease with Fred Fayyazi for a term of 60 months beginning January 5, 2010.
4. Review and/or act upon administrative assistant’s report.
