1. Consider and/or act on approval of minutes from February 21, 2008 meeting of the Granbury-Hood County Economic Development Corporation
2. Consider and/or act on Resolution 08-01, A Resolution amending Resolution 05-02, dated December 5, 2005, which established the creation of an advisory board for the Granbury-Hood County EDC and established requirements for membership to the advisory board
3. Discuss and/or act on April 21-25, 2008 trip to Washington D.C.
4. Discuss and/or act on April 17, 2008 Economic Outlook Conference
5. Presentation and/or action on Director’s Report

    *Note:  The Board of  Directors reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the regular meeting to discuss posted Executive Session items or to seek legal advice from the Economic Development Attorney on any item posted on the agenda.
